Gone Fishing!

Simon Dodd was unavailable for an interview this summer. He's up with the sun, and waist deep in the river until dusk.
We dropped by to take a few photos, and found a garden full of healthy lettuce, cabbage, broccoli, tomatoes, and even a few rows of corn - a crop we've been warned is very difficult!

Soil Conditions: The soil is OK, but will be using raised beds at front of the house to stay protected from the river flooding.
Participating in the Garden Challenge because: Wants his kids to get involved
Biggest Challenge: Making sure it doesn't flood!
Goals: Get everything to grow, blanch some vegetables, put it in the freezer, then bring them out in the winter months to eat.
